REST + Webhooks
Use REST for request/response operations (trigger calls, read contacts, manage campaigns). Use webhooks for asynchronous outcomes so you do not poll every conversation.
- Playground — execute REST only
- Govern → Partner API — register endpoints and inspect Recent Deliveries
Inbound events always POST to your HTTPS URL, never to the Playground.
